Why we do all four.
We started by building a learning platform. Good software: video hosting, enrolment, payments, quizzes. Then we built a frontline training academy for a national café chain, and learned the thing the platform could never have told us.
The software was never the hard part. The hard part was deciding what a barista actually needs to know on their first shift, filming it in a way they'd watch, getting it into three languages, enrolling every outlet's staff, chasing the ones who hadn't finished, and updating the whole thing when the process changed six months later.
Companies here assemble that from a training consultant, a video crew and a software licence, then spend their own team's time managing all three — and the seams between the three are exactly where programmes die. Nobody in Sri Lanka was doing the whole job as one service. So we do.
What we've built.
The platform is live.
Not a prototype and not a reseller agreement. Video hosting, learner accounts, enrolment, quizzes and activity records — running in production, built and maintained by us.

Scripting, filming, editing and trilingual delivery, by our own people. We don't subcontract the camera, which is why the modules look like your business and not like stock footage.
What that means in practice.
Trilingual by default
Sinhala, Tamil and English — scripted in Colombo, filmed and voiced, from one shoot.
On site, anywhere
We film in your outlets wherever they are, scheduled around your shifts. Kandy on a Tuesday is a normal week for us.
Local hours, local people
A Colombo team on Sri Lankan time. No offshore ticket queue and no overnight wait for an answer.
Small enough to name
You will know the people building your programme, and they will still be the people building it in month twelve.
Who you'll be working with.
A small team is a feature when you're buying a service: the person who scopes your programme is the person who writes it. You'll deal with named people, not an account manager.
